Laura, who took over as the host of the dating reality show Rumors in January 2020, announced her exit from the show. An Instagram post on August 22.

“I will not be hosting the next series island of love,” she wrote. “There are elements of the show that I find difficult to change because of the format, including flying back and forth to South Africa with my new conflicting projects.”
